Expectations: We need to know allergies so we can adjust food brought in accordingly. If parents are concerned about allergies they may want to attend w/child (especially the last day). Kids need to be able to sit still, pay attention, and participate. They will be invited to bring a favorite dish the last day of class.
Class Description: We'll learn about a different country each week and eat food like they eat in that country, which will be prepared in advance. We will be making a cook book for each child to keep with recipes for the food we eat in class, as well as the kids' favorite recipes.
